Want to join our hard working team of flower farmers?
We will be hiring 2-3 people that will add value to our small 2022 farming team. These are all seasonal positions with start dates in May/June, until the end of our season in October/November. Hours, duties and wages are flexible depending on availability and experience. We are proud to pay all of our staff a fair, living wage. We are not looking for volunteers at this time and we would love nothing more to invest our training into someone that has interest in returning again season after season. We are hoping to find someone that is hard-working, able to do physical labour, and is comfortable around farm equipment, weeds, mud, bugs, ducks, and cats. No experience necessary, but it is a bonus. Possible and probable duties include weeding, planting, watering, harvesting, composting, shovelling, and many other random but necessary farm tasks through the season.
